We hope that you find our website informative and interesting. As you can see, our school is set in a stunning location overlooking the ocean. We are very privileged to be a school with a long tradition of being at the very heart of the community. Our school motto is ‘Bright Futures Built On Firm Foundations’. We strongly believe in giving every child the start in life that will enable them to reach their full potential.

Bikeability

The children have had a great time this week during Bikeability :)

Some of the older children have been getting some real 'hands on' life skills with road safety and the whole school has enjoyed the opportunity to bring in their bikes, scooters and helmets for riding around the top playground!

Obby Oss

Following the May Day celebrations at Padstow, Class 1 made some lovely Obby Osses that they brought into assembly - Mrs. Brook was very impressed with their efforts!

We were very lucky to have the paramedics in on Tuesday.  Mr. and Mrs. Nelson came into school to give Class 2, 3 & 4 workshops on CPR - it was very informative and the children loved the hands-on aspects too - thanks for a great day!

The school Council visited Bodmin College on Wednesday with Mrs. Cudmore and were shown the amazing things that the students had produced using ICT.

The students there had created some fantastic digital images using Apple Macs and iPads and showed the School Council how these brilliant tools helped with their learning!
